From its earliest beginnings in December 2004, it was clear that Richard & Rice Construction was no ordinary company. Gaetan Richard & Murray Rice’s goal was to become the best in the industry. R&R has not only become a significant industry force, but they are also setting the standard for excellence in the construction industry throughout the State of Florida.
