Morella has been an avid learner all her life. She studied Diplomacy, Business Administration, and Marketing, and completed her MBA in her 20's.

Her corporate background spans Marketing-Sales Management, Operations, and Accounting.

Over 16 years ago, she dedicated herself to providing access to the legal system with LegalShield, advocating for Equal Access for All. The mission resonated with her. As an inspired advocate for legal (human) rights, the environment, and animal welfare worldwide.

She co-founded Hispanic Business Leaders to elevate the Hispanic presence in North America and presided over PNA Premier Network Alliance. Morella is also a mentor with Project Leadership for the Youth as well as mentoring teens in Broward County Public Schools and supports Meals on Wheels South Florida.
