Now in its third year, the LIVE2LEAD Pompano Beach Leadership Conference is proudly presented by Transformation Through Conversations in partnership with the City of Pompano Beach and the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce.

This dynamic leadership event welcomes attendees ages 14 to 90+ to grow together through powerful presentations from keynote speakers, executive panelists, and youth presenters.

This year’s theme, “The Culture Edge,” explores how to build thriving cultures that produce remarkable results—in your workplace, your family, and your community.
