Chamber Ambassador Program

The Chamber Ambassador Program is a volunteer leadership team dedicated to creating meaningful connections, strengthening member engagement, and serving as the welcoming face of the Chamber. Ambassadors are passionate business professionals who help create a positive, welcoming experience for every new Chamber investor.

A cornerstone of the program is the Ambassador Buddy Program, which pairs each new Chamber investor with a dedicated Ambassador for their first 45 days of membership. This personalized approach ensures every new member receives the support, guidance, and connections needed to maximize the value of their Chamber investment.

Throughout the 45-day onboarding period, Ambassadors:

• Make a welcome call within 48 hours of receiving their assignment.

• Personally connect with their assigned member at Chamber events.

• Introduce them to Chamber leadership, fellow investors, and networking opportunities.

• Answer questions and provide guidance on Chamber benefits, committees, programs, and resources.

• Conduct follow-up touchpoints throughout the onboarding period.

• Complete a final check-in to gather feedback, answer remaining questions, and encourage continued engagement.

Beyond the Buddy Program, Ambassadors serve as representatives of the Chamber by:

• Welcoming new and prospective members at Chamber events.

• Building meaningful relationships within the business community.

• Promoting Chamber programs, events, and initiatives.

• Encouraging member participation and long-term retention.

• Supporting ribbon cuttings, networking events, and special Chamber activities.

• Serving as positive advocates for the Chamber's mission and the local business community.

The Ambassador Program is designed to foster authentic relationships, strengthen member engagement, and create a culture where every investor feels welcomed, connected, and valued from day one. By serving as trusted mentors and advocates, Ambassadors help businesses build lasting connections and ensure every member has the opportunity to grow, succeed, and make the most of their Chamber membership.
