LOCATION:Boats participating in the parade must "line up" at Lake Santa Barbara starting at 5:00PM. All registered boats should be at the staging location no later than 6PM. The lead boat will head out to begin the parade at approximately 6:30PM heading north and will continue to Hillsboro Blvd. ATTENTION CAPTAINS! Sign up your boat for free!
