Rosanna Meyer, age 58, of Pompano Beach, passed away on Wednesday, June 7, 2023, in the comfort of her home. At the time of her passing she was in the hearts and minds of those she loved the most.
Rosanna Meyer was one of South Florida’s leading Realtors for over 17 years. As Broker/Owner of Meyer Realty & Associates, she was highly regarded by her clients, her peers and the local business community. Her referrals and repeat business grew successfully and consistently because of her commitment and dedication.
She was affiliated with the Realtors of the Palm Beaches and Greater Ft. Lauderdale, was past Chairman of the Board 2021-2022, member of the Executive Board and Chairman of numerous Committees for the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, Shipwreck Park, the City of Pompano Beach and a Committee Member of Harbor Village.
Rosanna exemplified volunteer leadership. She selflessly gave of her time and talent. She brightened every room with her beautiful smile. She was gracious, kind and had endless energy. While she preferred being behind the scenes, when she stepped into leadership, she was authentic, straightforward and focused. She approached everything with tenacity and always challenged herself. Rosanna had traveled to many places and during her time as Chair she wanted to broaden and increase the Chamber's diversity, building a board representative of our community. She made an impact, and we continue her vision today. Rosanna's absence has been a deep loss to our Chamber. Even as she moved into her leadership roles, she continued to do everything she had always done as a volunteer (you could not stop her). Her favorite phrase in Portuguese, "Claro?!" She made us all laugh and the work more lighthearted. 
For all of us here at the Greater Pompano Beach Chamber of Commerce, our hearts are broken but we are deeply grateful that she is at peace and had her loving husband, Dario and loving family, by her side.
So CIAO (Italian) our dear friend, advocate, partner, leader and volunteer…………………
you were truly a diamond, brilliant, resilient and beautiful and you will stay in our hearts eternally.
